HGA does not exclude, deny benefits to, or otherwise discriminate against any person on the basis of ethnic group identification/ethnicity, marital status, race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, religion, physical or mental disability, age, or any other category protected by federal or state law in the admission to, participation in, or receipt of the services under any of HGA’ educational programs and activities, or in its employment practices.
